Winchester, VA – The fight to take back Marawi City in the Philippines—now into the sixth week– from the hands of the ISIS-affiliated Maute rebels is still raging in the Philippies. Gulf News reports that Father Teresito Suganob, who had been abducted with his parisioners from the local cathedral at the outset of the conflict, has been confirmed  STILL ALIVE, according to rescued hostages who informed the military Task Force. He was spotted with other hostages held by the Maute. Fox News reported that the hostages taken have been forced to fight government troops, marry the rebel fighters and serve as their sex slaves, much like what happened in the Middle East. Reuters is reporting that sadly, Philippine troops are coming upon increasing numbers of decapitated civilians. Of the militants, whom he promised to destroy, President Rodrigo Duterte said, They have to be dealt with, with the same ferocity but not the brutality.”
