Ventilators And The CoronaHoax™ The Truth

Editor’s Note: On a recent episode of The Mike Church Show, a discussion ensued over the amount of ILI patients, principally the aged, also diagnosed with COVID-19, who died after being put on ventilators. Many front-line doctors attributed these deaths to improper or poor use of the ventilator. A very well-respected and busy M.D. who is also a regular listener, weighed in on the matter, the following is his letter, name withheld by request.

Dear Mike ,

I hope you and Maggie are well.
I was listening to a replay while weeding my vegetable gardens this last weekend and caught your rant on ventilators . I just want to give you a couple points regarding initial action including the over manufacturing of ventilators including by the Trump administration.

The initial presentation of the ” visible covid 19″ crisis was that of patients with ARDS supported by presentation clinically ; profound shortness of breath , hypoxemia as measured by pulse oximetry or blood gas analysis, auscultory exam of the chest , CXR or CatScans demonstrating multiquadrant infiltrates that are not caused by fluid overload ie congestive heart failure or fluid overload.

The use of the ventilators are to reduce the patient’s work of breathing by positive pressure ( bellows effect) recruitment of atelectatic lung segments by positive end expiratory pressure , a guaranteed delivery of high oxygen concentrations in order to facilitate improved gradient of oxygen gas transfer from alveoli to capillary and eventually hemoglobin in blood. The initial syndrome presentation was only painted as an acute respiratory disease . This was by MSM , medical literature, and hopital leadership . It was not until the Italians had performed autopsies did the vascular and thrombotic coagulopathies become evident . This was despite the laboratory parameters in presenting patients implicating an intravascular thrombotic process that also presents with severe and largely refractory hypoxemia . This hypoxemia does not respond to ventilator supplementation despite an enhanced respiratory and ventilatory function. This is because the blood in the lungs bypasses the alveolar ( gas exchange units) units due to ” clots , thrombi , or emboli blocking blood flow to these units . This results in both shunt ( absolute lack of local blood flow ) or VQ , ventilation/ perfusion mismatch ( overflow of blood to a gas exchange unit in excess of gas transfer capability. In addition , the summation of multiple small produce a workload strain on the right heart . Think of stepping on a garden hose down stream while upstream the hose faces high resistance to forward flow. Most patients that died of asphyxiation following an initial clinical improvement with institution of mechanical ventialtion , died because of massive or summation of multiple small pulmonary emboli.

What went horribly wrong was that clinical mistakes were magnified by a top down delivered patient management protocols. Clinicians were prevented from administering potentially benificial care because they were held to what was universally believed and presented as “evidence based care supported by or not supported by statisticly significant patient trials” . This provided a massive number of deaths where neither prevention nor therapeuric treatment was provided for these vascular and hematological complications until May 2020.

Dexamethasone is largely of a minimal harm to a patient suffering from severe hypoxemia. Yet , when administered early , it supresses lung parenchyma inflammation .

Hydroxychloroquine is largely of a minimal harm to a patient in whom you want to prevent a cytotoxic storm . They shot down HCQ based on a possible but rare complication ( prolonged QT) that exists with hundreds of other drugs currently in use without the scrutiny.

Anticoagulation is prescribed to millions of patients for both prophylactic and therapeutic indications and ouside of GI and Brain bleeds , are of low consequence in comparison to their clinical benefit .

The initial propaganda surrounding the covid crisis was that is was only a respiratory illness…

Finally , ventilators in and of themselves do not kill patients. Barotrauma produced by high inflation pressures can lead to a chronic fibrotic form of ARDS. In addition , there are ventilator associated ICU pneumonias that are thought to be related to gastrointestinal tranlocation of gut bacteria to the blood stream and eventually lung parenchyma. The endotracheal intubation prevents mucociary sputum clearance and hygiene.

I just wanted to lend a truthful opinion of ventilator use and its limitations and nuances . Many times death occurs on ventilators , however , ventilators are largely not causative but its presence is an association woth mortality . Todays medical studies provide largely associations but not causation .
