• A Federation is made up of independent states and can exist quite well on its own but can be part of a larger group.

• Did we just bring this into power this red state and blue state?
• This is happening today states are being flipped from one color to another.
• Florida is just barely hanging on to their color.
• Drinking Ages by states – the ‘drinking age is now at the Federal Law
• We are all involved in these big centralized states.
• They didn’t always exist – central government 
• Most states try to approximate that form.
