Felicia M aka Momma High Hurdle

I am a registered nurse and worked for the LSU health Science Center at W.O.Moss Regional Hospital in Lake Charles Louisiana. My area of specialty was surgery where I served as manager over five departments. I retired after 35 years of State service and now spend my days working along side my husband of 45 years taking care of our 80 acre farm, which at times feels a lot like another full time job. The only difference is I now do things at my own pace, because when you are retired everyday is Saturday.

When not taking care of Farm Animals I enjoy reading, gardening, camping, and fishing. I especially love family get togethers where I get to spend time in the kitchen cooking with my two daughters.
