I signed up for a premium stream subscription on 8/18/2025 and all was working until the latest app update. Now, I can’t access the stream on the app or laptop. Can someone please help? Than you!

I’ve tried to update my CC info and CHANGE IT, multiple times…but I also, get a “invalid payment token error” error message. Now I can’t chat or anything.
