Winchester, VA – Yesterday, the Associated Press reported that police arrested 12 people in East London in connection with the ISIS London Bridge terror attack on Saturday night that claimed the lives of 7 and wounded 48. The Telegraph reported that on Monday morning, police conducted new raids in which “a number” of people were taken into custody. People are questioning how much information the police had about the suspected terrorists that was not acted upon. This afternoon the Telegraph released the identities of two of the terrorists: Khuram Shazad Butt and Rachid Redouane, both of Barking.  The Daily Mail reported that one of them, a 27 year old father of 2 from Barking who went by the name “Abz,” had been shown on a British television documentary about British jihadis alongside two well known orthodox islamic preachers and had already had a run in with police at Regent Park over an incident in which the ISIS flag was unfurled. “Abz” whose name was witheld at the authorities’ request, was reported to the authorities twice, once for trying to radicalize children in a park, and again for disclosing his radical views and fondness for hate preacher Ahmad Musa Jibril.
