Lawmakers in England are pushing for a drastic change in the Road Traffic Act.  If they get their way, any driver under the age of 25 can not have a passenger in their car.  Sharron Huddlestone has pushed for this radical change in the law when she lost her daughter in a traffic accident.  Huddlestone and others say that young drivers do not have the experience necessary to handle wet road conditions, distractions, night driving, and other conditions that impedes drivers.  Huddlestone claims she does not want other families to experience the pain she has so, the laws must change.  Fiorella takes a deep look at this change, and she asks would such regulations actually reduce the number of traffic accidents. She reveals the various laws that are in place for young drivers and compares them with some the accidents that have occurred.  She also reveals that the parental warning and movie rating for the classic Mary Poppins was changed.  Why?  Listen to this episode of the Mid-Day Show to find out.
