• Florida law says when there is a vacant seat, it basically says the Executive Authority, Governor DeSantis, will appoint a successor and they will remain in that seat until the NEXT Federal election.

• If you read the Supremacy Clause, and look at Sanctuary states, would it survive a Constitutional Challenge?
• This is a very thorny issue here.
• The illegal trespasser being protected in one state does NOT know the exact boundaries of that state to the next state that isn’t a sanctuary state.
