• Why do we need an act from Congress to state boys are boys and girls are girls and they should only compete against each other?

• The case, known as Free Speech Coalition v. Paxton, came out of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, which upheld the Texas law in March of 2024.
• The 1st Amendment to the Constitution says Congress shall make no law….
• This is a teachable moment dear listener.
• The Fifth Circuit held that the age verification requirement was rationally related to the state’s interest in protecting minors from pornography. In doing so, it said the state had to meet a lower standard of review, known as rational basis, under the First Amendment.
• What does the Preamble say?
• The “IT” is referring to Congress.
• Congresses powers, it is referring to the general government not the state governments.
• I don’t know about this Texas law but SCOTUS should say send it back to the state, Texas law can stand.
• Process matters, the appeals court got it wrong.

AUDIO/VIDEO: Pete Hegseth w/ Senator Ernst – Women in Combat Roles – Yes exactly the way you stated it. given the standards remain high and that they haven’t been eroded in any of these cases. Review them in a gender neutral way. 

• Starting w/ Hegseth was great because it is going to be all downhill after this.
• He was the only one they had dirt on.
• They have women w/ no to little experience and it ends up being a shouting match.
• They don’t understand the policies and the process and they lean on shouting down the male.
• I found it very frustrating, none of their questions centered around the actual job.
• Even the Democrat men asked at least a few questions that were about the job itself.
• The only Democrat that was remotely on topic and on point was the Michigan Senator Gary Peters.
• The fact they questioned his management and fiscal responsibility was humorous. 
• They bashed him for not running a business w/ 3 million people or a trillion dollar budget, such elitism. 
• They automatically say ‘Will you have the willpower to tell Trump no if he asks you to do something illegal?’ 
• They all ask this question just assuming he is going to ask them to all do something illegal.
