• The death toll has risen to 16, Health Minister Ryan Park announced this evening, including one of the shooters, with 29 reportedly injured, including two police officers.
• Diversity does not generate paradise. 
• Where is the Christian diversity in Qatar? Everywhere they are people die. It isn’t hard to figure out.
• Want to do something about it…start deporting them.

• What is the Incorporation Doctrine?
• The process by which the Supreme Court applies most of the Bill of Rights protections (from the first ten amendments) to the states through the Fourteenth Amendment’s Due Process Clause, preventing state governments from infringing on these fundamental rights, though not all rights are incorporated (e.g., grand jury indictment, Seventh Amendment jury trial). This “selective incorporation” ensures states uphold federal rights, rather than just the federal government being restricted, balancing individual liberties with federalism. 
• As the preamble to the Bill of Rights announces, “further declaratory and restrictive clauses” were adopted because the state ratification conventions wanted some security to “prevent misconstruction and abuse of” powers delegated to the general government of the federation. The people of the states were satisfied with their own bills of rights and restrictions on state power appearing in the various state constitutions. What they feared was untrammeled federal power.

• Washington, D.C. may be approaching a political version of the same phenomenon, and Republicans seem disturbingly unprepared for what is coming.
• The GOP currently holds narrow majorities in both chambers of Congress — seven seats in the House and six in the Senate. Those margins are razor-thin by any measure, and fragile given that five senators, three Republicans and two Democrats, are over eighty years old. But demographics are only part of the problem.

Baltimore (1833), Chief Justice Marshall observed that during the late 1780s, “fears were extensively entertained that” certain powers “might be exercised in a manner dangerous to liberty.”  He continued: “These amendments demanded security against the apprehended encroachments of the General Government — not against those of the local governments.”
• In the 1920s, the Court began to describe certain provisions of the Bill of Rights as “fundamental.” Consequently, the Court began striking down state laws on grounds that they violated protections of the 14th Amendment’s Due Process Clause. 
• For hundreds of years, Anglo-American jurists defined due process as requiring the government to resort to the courts and use established and nondiscriminatory procedures before it deprived a person of life, liberty, or property. Due process was not applied to legislative acts.
• That is a profound statement is it not? 
• The object of their displeasure shifted from economics to social issues such as the availability of contraceptives and abortion.

QUESTION: Is there anything in the Constitution that says this should be illegal?

• The due process revolution has turned the federal judiciary into the most powerful branch of government. The Bill of Rights is no longer a shield to protect the people and the states from a distant federal government, but now serves as a sword to hack away at public policy with which the federal judiciary disagrees.
• As Americans observe Bill of Rights Day, they should contemplate pounding the federal judiciary’s broadsword back into the defensive shield as designed by the first Congress.

Welcome to Brown University, where the tuition is high, the coffee is burnt, and Big Brother is always watching – except, apparently, when someone starts shooting.

Let’s do the math. Brown had over 800 surveillance cameras on campus. That’s not a typo. That’s one for every 9 undergrads, or roughly equal to the number of full-time faculty. Think of it as a private Ivy with Ivy-league pricing and Walmart Supercenter security aesthetics.

Students didn’t call it “The Surveillance School” as a joke. It was a diagnosis. 

So how, in a place wired tighter than Fort Knox on Adderall, did a shooter open fire, flee the scene, and manage to disappear? It’s not like they were sneaking out of a dive bar. 

The university’s surveillance system – praised in official tours and quietly loathed by students – isn’t a safety net. It’s a placebo. It makes administrators feel secure and students feel watched, without actually catching the one person you’d want it to.

Here’s the truth they won’t print in the alumni magazine: cameras don’t stop crime. They record it, and if you’re lucky, they help identify the suspect after the fact. But only if the footage is usable, someone’s reviewing it, and – tiny detail – the camera wasn’t pointed at a vending machine.

• So I mentioned that Brown University has 800+ security cameras.
• How many cellphones are on that University at any given time?
• From faculty to students no one caught this guy on their devices?
• We had TONS of audio and video from Utah when Charlie Kirk was murdered. 
• We don’t even  have the generic shooter on the rooftop video.
• DEI central probably has a DEI immigrant in mind but won’t release the name or footage.

• So some of these people were signed up for these benefits by other Somali criminals?
• There are over 80 people that have been arrested over this but you are telling me it is not a Somali problem?
• This wasn’t McDonald’s gift cards governor, this was $100-300 million dollars.
• Average people are being pushed to the brink.
• They are being pushed to the brink and then you are telling them it is their fault these non-whites are committing these crimes and you are taking away the futures of these white children and when retaliation happens…it will be all white people. 

• US Code states you have to be at least 18 before filing to become a citizen.
• She stated she was 17 when she became a citizen, is that a lie or was an exception made?

• The former agent said in one instance, a Somali man has a carry on bag “filled with brand new passports,” lamenting that “he was allowed to go through the checkpoint.”
• Remember Laura Loomer stated Ilhan Omar married her brother?
• This was brought up around 3 years ago and it went nowhere. 
• President Trump has wanted to stop Somali’s from coming here for years.
