A CHANGING OF THE GUARD IS ON THE WAY AT PLANNED PARENTHOOD

Winchester, VA – NBC is reporting that Cecile Richards is going to be stepping down as president of Planned Parenthood. No date has been given for her departure, however sources told Buzzfeed that she has shared her plans with several board members of Planned Parenthood. The organization declined to confirm Richards’ plans, however a recent email says that a meeting next week will broach the topics of “2018 and the next steps for Planned Parenthood’s future.” The 60 year old Richards not only heads Planned Parenthood’s bad medicine services, but she is also in charge of their advocacy arm, the Planned Parenthood Action Fund. The daughter of former Texas governor Ann Richards, Cecile Richards was the deputy chief of staff for Representative Nancy Pelosi of California before joining Planned Parenthood.
