Winchester, VA – The Daily Mail is reporting that ISIS was responsible for a vehicular terrorist attack yesterday in Barcelona, Spain, in which the suspects, in a rented van, drove into crowds of people on a pedestrianized street in Las Ramblas. The location of the attack is a popular one with tourists. Thirteen people were killed by the van, and another 100 were injured, 10 of those critically.  Two accomplices, a Spaniard and a Moroccan, have been arrested, but the driver of the van is still at large, having escaped on foot following the attack. The Guardian reports that Spanish officers shot and killed five suspects in anti-terror raids in the town of Cambrils just after midnight. It was also revealed that an explosion on Wednesday at a bomb factory from butane and propane canisters in Alcanar was directly related to this attack.
