HEADLINE: Trump Admin Offers Buyouts to Nearly All Federal Employees by Tom Ozimek 

• Something big was going down.
• The higher ups in contract state of Mordor didn’t see this coming.
• The only thing they knew was they weren’t getting answers.
• Federal employees are being offered buyouts under the Trump administration’s new “deferred resignation” initiative, with the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) to send emails with the proposal to federal workers, according to Katie Miller, a member of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).
• The OPM memo indicates that the voluntary program is being offered to all full-time federal employees, with the exception of personnel in the military, the U.S. Postal Service, immigration enforcement, and national security, or any positions specifically excluded by the employing agency.
• The estimate was $12 million but Elon said he believes it is more like $24 million.

• He is giving them all a buyout that is nice of him to do.
• He doesn’t even have to do that.
• I think the Trump Administration is trying to make this happen, because he wants them to use the courts.
• It is ultimately going to SCOTUS and it will back the Executive up.
• Around 54 percent of all 2.28 million civilian federal workers worked fully onsite in roles that can’t be done remotely, according to an August 2024 report from the  OMB. Ten percent of the total 2.8 million—or 228,000 employees—were in remote positions with no expectations for in-office work, per the report.

• They have 220,000 working age adults in Arkansas that receive free healthcare and it costs $2.2 billion a year.
• Why are our young people refusing to work?
• Why are they all simply happy w/ being on welfare?
• This goes back to the Bill Clinton bill, it was supposed to be means tested.
• If you are able to work you cannot be a sponge on the state.
• Will this cause the young people to move to Michigan or some other blue state?
• Most of them are claiming they have ‘social anxiety’ thus can’t work.

If you wanna receive free healthcare paid for by your fellow taxpayer able-bodied working age adults have to work, go to school, volunteer, or be home to take care of their kids. 220,000 able-bodied working age adults in Arkansas receive free healthcare courtesy of the Arkansas taxpayer. It cost us more than $2.2 billion each year.

They also found $50 million to you to fund condoms in Gaza. That is a preposterous waste of money.

The men and women in ICE are professionals. We take care of these people but we will enforce the law.
