Thanks for purchasing the Gift Membership. First off, the “View All” button in the Gifts Purchased area of your account is not functioning and we are troubleshooting that now but you don’t use that button to redeem. All that is needed is to click the “show gift” Link and then a popup will appear that has your gift membership code on it:

i was able to purchase the gift membership but when i clicked on REDEEM GIFT it went to a page saying Oops something went wrong
