• The MQ-1 Predator, which first flew in 1994 and entered service the following year. The Predator, with a length of 26 feet 8 inches (8 metres) and a wingspan of 41 feet 8 inches (12.5 metres), is powered by a piston engine driving a pusher propeller.
• No one knows where they are coming from.
• The Airfare says it isn’t them.
• The US Military says it isn’t them either. 
• Can you shoot down a drone as an American citizen?

• The FAA has rules on shooting down drones.

HEADLINE: Biden commutes roughly 1,500 sentences and pardons 39 people in biggest single-day act of clemency by Colleen Long

• Roughly 1,500 people who were released from prison and placed on home confinement during the coronavirus pandemic and is pardoning 39 Americans convicted of nonviolent crimes. It’s the largest single-day act of clemency in modern history.
• Biden said he would be taking more steps in the weeks ahead and would continue to review clemency petitions. The second largest single-day act of clemency was by Barack Obama, with 330, shortly before leaving office in 2017.
• Biden’s clemency and parole only work for Federal court cases.
• He has NO say so in STATE cases, he doesn’t have that authority.
• If it is a felony in the state of Louisiana, and that person was convicted of that crime, Biden cannot touch him, he must remain in prison.

QUESTION: Should the Federal government have Federal prisons?

ANSWER: The answer is yes and there is even a clause in the Constitution for the building of them.

• It is a limited power but under that same authority you have the Federal Bureau of Investigations. 
• They are invested w/ a little more power and basically are an inspector general organization.

• He lied and then he caught himself and said I probably shouldn’t be discussing the pardon power in public.

• There are only 435 of them, so how is that much money spent?
• There is no way Congress and the Senate can spend that much money.
• It isn’t the administrative state.
• It is the shadow government or deep state whatever you want to call them.
• Congress created these monsters.
• Take all the foreign aid and that is $50 billion a year.
• Take all the Department of Education you are left w/ debt interest and Social safety net spending, throw in the Department of Defense you still cut nothing. 
• The only way to make real cuts is to defang it.
