• Congress can appropriate the money for USAID.
• The US paid $1.78 billion in the 1st three years of the Biden Regime, almost all of it went through USAID.
• They funnel money to foreign countries for abortion. 
• This is why the Democrats are losing their minds.
• They threw temper tantrums worthy of a 2 year old.
• The same people that wanted to hire 80,000 IRS agents to investigate YOU are now upset Elon is auditing them.

• President Trump said snake bites were a big part of why many people died there too.
• There were 25,000-30,000 people that died during the construction of the Panama Canal.
• It makes it the deadliest construction project in history.

• Why did the Panama Canal get turned over to the Panamanians in the first place?
• Construction crews literally had to move mountains in a snake-infested jungle with an average temperature of 80 degrees and 105 inches of rainfall a year. In the wet season, torrential downpours transformed the flood-prone Chagres River into raging rapids and soaked workers. “Sometimes you didn’t see sun for about two straight weeks,” recalled laborer Rufus Forde. “In the morning you had to put your clothes on damp. There was no sun to dry them.”
• With the yellow fever threat abating, accidents replaced disease as the largest cause of death in the canal zone in 1909. The most dangerous work took place as laborers carved a ditch 45 feet deep and at least 300 feet wide through an eight-mile mountainous stretch known as the Culebra Cut.
• Between 1904 and the end of construction in 1913, the United States recorded the deaths of 5,855 canal workers. When combined with the deaths from the French venture, Parker estimates it amounted to 500 lives lost for each mile of the canal.

• If you are going to have government, why not have it protect life?
• A congressional report released this week revealed that major abortion advocacy organizations received nearly $2 billion in federal funds between 2019 and 2021.
• Of that amount, the vast majority — $1.78 billion — went to Planned Parenthood Federation of America, the report said.
• Smaller amounts totaling around $111 million went to the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF), MSI Reproductive Choices (MSI), and “four domestic regional organizations.”
• Most of the funding was disbursed through the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the pro-life summary said. 
• So there you have it folks.
• USAID has been funneling funds, your tax dollars, to other countries to abort babies.
• Long story short USAID was created for some knob purpose and like all things that get touched by Democrats, it turned into something like a killing machine and now they have to defend it.
• How do you sleep at night?
• What can Congress do to stop President Trump?
• They hold the purse so they can stop all spending.
• But isn’t that what Trump is wanting to do anyway?

CIVICS 101 Lesson – 

• Congress gets to appropriate the money but they don’t get to spend it!
• They can impeach him and they can override his Veto.
• They can deny treaties.
• They don’t have to confirm his choices for the courts either.
• 1. Veto Override
• 2. Impeachment
• I wouldn’t say they aren’t going to but they won’t do it this year.
• If they win the House in 2026, they will attempt to Impeach him.
• So Congress can say I give you X for this project.
• That doesn’t mean they have to spend X.
• They could spend less or none of it at all.
• They can’t make a President spend money.
• This idea, these Congress members saying Trump must do this and that and spend this money that they allocated is just not Constitutional. 
• The best part of this is there is a media entity out there now w/ this White House where you can read about all these spending cuts in REAL TIME.
• There is serious business that needs to be done, but isn’t it fun to watch them finally lose?
• “It is appalling that big abortion providers are continuing to receive billions of dollars in federal taxpayer funding,” Blackburn said on Tuesday, claiming that Planned Parenthood “illegally siphoned over $90 million from the Paycheck Protection Program, specifically designed to help our mom and pop shops keep their doors open.”
• The Payroll Protection Program that billions were being paid to companies to protect their payroll b/c of COVID.

• You don’t have that much in American goods Sir.
• The US has been the worlds sugar daddy and we want out.
• We are not your pimp anymore.
• We are putting Americans first and that is that.
• Most of the American people don’t care what people in Canada think about us.
• Kennedy Hall was on X the other day talking about how detrimental it will be for his country.
• Dude, I’m sorry we just don’t care.
• You have natural resources, use them.
• Why do Americans need Canadian contracts?
• Why can’t Canadians hire Canadians to do those jobs?
• The largest export to Canada is automobiles.
• Both Canada and Mexico act like communist countries well we don’t need those types of countries.
• Canada can make their own cars.
• This is the time to do this.

• You aren’t talking about people being promoted from INSIDE Mordor.
• This is outside audits.

• What happened after NAFTA?
• Hanes and all other companies shipped it to Spain and Latin America.
• They are using 2nd world, cut rate labor so they didn’t have to pay Americans a living wage to make the t-shirts anymore.

• I have not read the Impoundment Act recently but lets discuss.
• If the Pentagon is appropriated money, do they have to spend it all?
• I think it applies to the appropriation process of the Congress.
• I don’t see how an act of Congress can change or alter the plain language of Article 2 of the Constitution. 
• Nothing says the President has to spend money from drunken sailors of Congress just b/c they appropriated it.
• He is the CHIEF law officer of the land and he executes all laws. 
• At the end of the day I don’t think they can make him.

The two agencies have long engaged in power struggles.

• Democrats claiming Trump will “politicize” agencies by installing “loyalists” are only expressing rage that Republicans are attempting to take the keys to the unconstitutional power structure Democrats have controlled for more than a century. Besides creating an illegitimate shadow government erasing constitutional government. the bureaucracy is itself a politicized patronage system.
• If the executive cannot control his own personnel, agencies, and funding lawfully given to him by a duly elected Congress, elections mean nothing. If the executive is not actually an executor, then the entire bureaucracy is an autocratic, self-licking ice cream cone. It runs the country, not any elected official. And Congress is complicit, because it allows the distribution of opium funds to Afghanistan and queer “safe spaces” in Kenya without ever having to take a public vote on any of this garbage, so long as these taxpayer-provided slush funds slather their retirements and relatives with “nonprofit” and “contractor” lard.
• Whatever you want to call unelected bureaucrats and “nonprofit” grifters distributing funds obtained from American citizens against our consent as expressed in elections and line-item votes, it is not a republic, nor a democracy. If Trump can’t fire his own employees and redistribute public funds the executive branch has been given by law, he’s not really the president, and elections are fake.
• All this means Trump isn’t “weaponizing” or “politicizing” these agencies. He’s fighting their inherent weaponization. Firing and investigating people who abuse public power, and ending the theft of American labor to fund evil international patronage schemes — that isn’t retribution, it’s justice.
• Again we want them all gone.
• The American public has been stolen from for centuries.
• They know they are theives. 
• You have the audacity of Ilhan Omar and Jamie Raskin out there touting this money is THEIRS to distribute tells you they are drunk on YOUR money.
