Winchester, VA – Inside Edition reports that a human trafficking horror story unfolded in San Antonio, Texas early on Sunday, when a Wal-Mart employee called authorities to conduct a welfare check on a tractor trailor in the parking lot, after one of the truck’s occupants approached him asking for water. Thirty-eight people were found in the back of the truck and of those, nearly twenty were seriously injured with severe dehydration and heat stroke, and ten died. The driver has been arrested and will face charges. This is San Antonio Police Chief William McManus.
