Freelance Video Editor/Producer for YouTube Channel –

The CRUSADE Radio Network and The Mike Church Show We are looking for a talented freelance video editor/producer to join our team at The Crusade Radio Network and assist in growing The Mike Church Show YouTube channel. Our goal is to reach 10,000 subscribers by the end of the year, and we need an experienced individual to help create engaging, high-quality video content from our daily live broadcasts.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Highlight Clips: Edit short 5-10 minute highlight clips from daily live broadcasts of The Mike Church Show that capture the most compelling moments.

YouTube Shorts: Create engaging, viral-ready YouTube Shorts (30-60 second clips) using the show’s funniest, most insightful, or shareable moments.

Thumbnail Creation: Design bold, eye-catching thumbnails with text and visuals for full-length episodes, highlight clips, and Shorts.

SEO & Optimization: Write SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and tags for YouTube videos to maximize visibility and reach.

Timestamps: Add timestamps to full episode broadcasts for easy navigation. Behind the Scenes Content: Occasionally create behind-the-scenes or special segments to showcase the inner workings of The Mike Church Show.

Audience Engagement: Help craft post-show polls, community posts, and other interactive content to engage viewers on YouTube and social media.

What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in video editing and production for YouTube channels. Ability to work quickly and efficiently to turn around daily content. Familiarity with YouTube SEO best practices. Graphic design skills for creating compelling thumbnails. A creative eye for identifying engaging moments from long-form content. Experience working with conservative or religious content is a plus.

Details: Remote work.

Part-time freelance with the potential for increased hours as the channel grows. Competitive pay based on experience.
