• I wanted to give them another way to feed their children w/o pumping them full of processed sources.
• BEST WAY TO GET VITAMIN D IN FOOD SOURCE –   Through Fish Oil – Cod Liver oil 
• FISH Oil – the vitamin D level 
• Any cold water fish will be very high in Vitamin D
• All dairy products are fortified w/ vitamin D which is not the same b/c the absorption rate isn’t the same.
• Taking it right off the spoon is far better than the pills b/c you will need several pills to get the appropriate amount.
• 20 minutes a day – look up at the sun b/c the Vitamin D absorbs fastest through your irises.
