• So you know as much as I know at this point.

Mollie – Is there going to be anything more or we just going to let this delay tactics by rogue district court judges to delay and effect change?

Karoline Leavitt – The Administration is operating under the directive that we need to comply w/ the court’s orders. But we’re gonna fight them in court and we’re going to WIN on the merits of these cases b/c we know we are acting w/in the President’s legal and executive authorities. 

• What is he supposed to do?
• You can’t just say kill, kill, Blue 80 this thing.
• You do not want a sovereignty under the rule of Judgeships.
• That only works if temporary in nature and the power and scope is really small and narrow.

• Everyone is out there saying Trump shouldn’t listen to these judges.
• What happens if he doesn’t?
• The Federalist Society – when the right was completely out of power Reps never won the House of Reps.
• The Left out maneuvered and clobbered the right for 4 decades.
• Put that all in perspective. 
• When Reps are out of power they talk a good game, when they are in power they do what you are seeing now…NOTHING.
