• Here is what I took away from it, baring some disastrous event that completely flips the narrative of the election in New York City, that guy is going to win.
• If I didn’t know anything about this man and I was just dropped into this world and I saw Mamdani on the TV for the first time I would say “Wow he knows what he is talking about. He is polished, he is smiling and seems pleasant.”
• He stiff armed on the police but all in all, if I didn’t know or follow politics, I would vote for him.
• There is an American Communist Act of 1954. The American law passed in 1954 to outlaw the Communist Party is formally known as the Communist Control Act of 1954. It was enacted during the anti-communist fervor of the Second Red Scare, though it was largely seen as a political maneuver rather than an effective piece of legislation. Most of its provisions were never enforced and have since been repealed. 

• From the Oval Office, Trump and Kash Patel gave the updates of Operation Summer Heat.
• Here’s something to take away just from yesterday. I go back to what I have been saying about Trump, the dismissal of him as a trust fund idiot, it just doesn’t jive w/ his command of why things work. 
• There was a discussion about ‘aren’t you afraid of pushing your enemies to far’?

• As the Israel hegemony begins to disperse, they are desperately trying to keep that war alive.
• Something about one of the hostages returned wasn’t properly marked or something and they claimed that was enough to go back to war and that the terms of the agreement were not being met.
• Why will they not end the ceasefire? 
• I would imagine that Trump with a heavy fist wouldn’t allow it.

• 2 major cases have come out of SCOTUS regarding the 14th Amendment.
• The first was the Dobbs case.
• The second was the 14th Amendment couldn’t be used to suspend a candidate from the ballot. 
• This will be the 3rd. 
• Based on the arguments yesterday I think this is going down in flames.
• I think a better form of government is in the very near future but having said that, there are things that need to be repaired. 
• One of those things is this abomination called Birth Right Citizenship.
• There never has been anything of the sort so how in the hell have we arrived in this situation? 
• How is it that the birth canal being in America makes that child a citizen by birth? Nothing has ever been more ridiculous.
• This is so stupid and ridiculous to even be discussing.

• Marvel’s most recent movie, The Fantastic Four, was a brilliant and spirited defense of the dignity of human life and of the essential goodness of the family. Fascinatingly, its aesthetic was “retro” that of the 1960s—that is, a look at the future as if the future had been envisioned in the 1960s. Buildings and cars are rounded and sleek, looking like something at a World’s Fair or at Disney’s Epcot Center. Metal and glass blend seamlessly into one another, and everything is sleek, shiny, and classy.
• The reason this is done is because your mind and intellect think that good, flourishing, happy people occupied that attractive facade of a city. 
• Translation people aren’t aspiring for more misery. 
• Human nature seeks out good, true and beautiful. 
• This is why Walt Disney and other theme parks use these ‘fake’ old towns so much in their parks. 
• It gives you a sense of family, love, beauty and that old time feel of community. 
• Futuristic might very well be Mr. Voger’s best, and that’s saying something profound. Like the recent Fantastic Four movie, Voger explores what might have been had the 1950s and 1960s shaped the aesthetic of space flight and the space age. The book, simply put, is “retro”: a nostalgic celebrations of the Space Age and all its hope and optimism for a better and more humane world.
• The Space Age – I grew up in that age and it was a time of wonder. 
• Do you remember Lost in Space?
• I think there is, we have to deal with reality. I keep running into people that are so convinced and it doesn’t matter what happens b/w now and then…it is chiseled….

QUESTION: Who created this entire section of society that depends on the government to survive?

• AXIOS reporting on Hakeem Jeffries – “20 said they wouldn’t vote for Jeffries as speaker or minority leader, with five more saying they were likely to vote against him…another 57 candidates declined to commit to supporting Jeffries.”
• The Democrats have an internal war going on.
• These people are Communist, committed leftist. They don’t mind taking the party into the direction of Communism. 
• AOC is making the behind the scenes move to oust Jeffries. She is going to promise she is as strong as Pelosi and that she has the backing of all the MSM. 
• This is the move and thus will be the downfall of the Democrat party.
• Castro policies are making a comeback. The stage is being set folks.
• The interesting thing is they already had a revolution the end of the 1960’s though the middle of 1970’s. They won! 
• There is Big Trouble in Little Commie and AOC thinks she is the person to lead them on toward the final Commie Boss Battle.

• If I were black I would be upset that people still think I am so incompetent that I can’t get around town. That I don’t know where the DMV is to get a license to vote. Or that I don’t have the ability to get to a polling place.
• No matter how you slice this, it is all under the umbrella and assumption that black people are stupid.

• Did she just say all white people, white Democrats in Louisiana racist. All of them. That is her argument. 
• That is the nail in the coffin right there.

HEADLINE: Hashim Mooppan Principal Deputy Solicitor General w/ Justice Sotomayor – If these were white Democrats, there’s no reason to think they would have a second district. What is happening here is their argument is because these Democrats happen to be black, they get a second district. If they were all white, we all agree they wouldn’t That is literally the definition of race subordinating traditional principles. 

AUDIO/VIDEO: Benjamin Aguinaga Louisiana Solicitor General w/ Justice Clarence Thomas – Robinson is the only reason SB8 exists. We fought tooth and nail. They said a majority black district was required. And our legislature saw the marching order. (Thomas makes the point that the black district would NOT EXIST in Louisiana w/o being forced to by the courts to consider race.)

Amendment 24 – The right of citizens of the United States to vote in any primary or other election for President or Vice President, for electors for President or Vice President, or for Senator or Representative in Congress, shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or any State by reason of failure to pay any poll tax or other tax.

• If we are the most racist nation in the world, why pass the 24th Amendment?
• Most people think the Great Society Acts broke open the welfare state. 
• I believe it was the Civil Rights Acts – 
• If you want SECEDE SECEDE SECEDE, we have to get the government out of the business of social policy. 

AUDIO/VIDEO: Benjamin Aguinaga w/ Justice Jackson – Compelling state interest. This court recognizes states can identify, the problem. I think step ZERO in all these cases is they came in and said we want another majority black district. This is the same way of saying we deserve another district. The problem that the middle district identified was not intentional discrimination. You have to have a compelling interest…(then Ketanji cuts him off and ends conversation.)

• These are definitely illegal gun transactions. 
• It is in violation of state and federal law.
• These guns are custom guns that were raffled off.
• There are some other stories out there.

• Laura Loomer and Yaacov Apelbaum have been working together for years!
• So they are advancing the interest of the Israeli right in American politics. 
• She managed to have the head of the NSA removed, General Timothy Haugh. 
• So the question arises – so there is a tight nexus but are they loyal to the President or another country?
• QUESTION: You are being sued by Apelbaum correct?
• ANSWER: Yes I am.
• Charlie Kirks case has been memory holed. Mostly with respect to the Charlie Kirk case what Candace Owens has said has panned out and come to light. The fact Candace is talking about it doesn’t mean others need to stop looking into it. 
• Just because you question this, it doesn’t mean you are trying to take down Erika Kirk or TPUSA.
• Where is the autopsy of Charlie Kirk.
• The evidence I have in front of me tells me Tyler is not going to get convicted on this.
• It is reasonable to make an assessment on the facts we CURRENTLY have.
• Did the round that killed him from a 30-6? You have to prove that to get a conviction. 
• The indictment say 1 spent round and 3 unspent. Why would you remove your shells only to leave the gun in the woods nearby?

• The big one is Stargate Project w/ Elon Musk, this has not materialized. 
• This pause will be fatal for a lot of these companies.

• I think with AI I will say that the younger people realize it isn’t as big and powerful as they want us to believe.

• Why do Canadians come here for healthcare? They have FREE healthcare there don’t they? If it is so great, why come here for medicine?
• John Fetterman was weird there was no stopping him. He connects w/ people on a level I don’t see much in other Democrats. He is like a guys guy. The anger and loss the Democrats will have if they run against him, it will end the Dem rule in an already swinging Pennsylvania. 

AUDIO/VIDEO: JD Vance VP on Charlie Kirk Show – This is what drives how angry I get at the people celebrating Charlie’s death. A friend of mine told me he had called Erika about a week or so after Charlie died, and he could hear Charlie’s daughter saying “Where’s Daddy?” like 6 times during this very brief phone call. What most tragically is, they took a very loving husband away from a wife, and they took a very loving father away from his 2 kids. And THAT is to me the great tragedy in this moment and we can’t forget that. 

• We lost a great leader, we lost a great loving husband and a loving father.
• There was a press conference yesterday in the Oval Office talking about Operation Summer Heat and Law and Order. 

Reporter – Why not stop the narco-terrorist boats from Venezuela w/ th eCoast Guard instead of striking them with missiles?

Trump – We’ve been doing that for 30 years and it has been totally ineffective. They have fast boats, but they’re not faster than missiles. We’ve been trying to stop them for years, right now we have basically NONE coming in. It never worked when you did it in a politically correct manner.
