Winchester, VA – The Washington Times reports that a medical helicopter crashed last night near the Arkansas County town of De Witt, which lies about 60 miles southeast of Little Rock. All three people aboard the helicopter perished in the crash. There were no patients on board. The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating the crash, and FAA investigators are headed out to Arkansas to do so as well. At the time of the crash, the helicopter was flying from Pine Bluff to DeWitt. May the souls of the deceased rest in peace.
