Winchester, VA – The Associated Press reports that with a vote of 51-50, with Vice President Mike Pence breaking a tie, the Senate yesterday voted to move forward with healthcare legislation to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act. Last night, Senator Rand Paul introduced “The Obamacare Repeal Reconciliation Act” last night, and it will be voted on at noon today.
