Winchester, VA – The UK Catholic Herald is reporting that British doctors are planning a vote on June 27 to decide whether or not the British Medical Association should adopt the decriminalization of abortion as one of their platforms. The vote will decide whether the organization will lobby for availability of abortion throughout all nine months of pregnancy, for any reason whatsoever. The populace, however does not support this position. A poll last month revealed that only 1 in 100 people would support this measure, and a full 60 percent already feel the law, which allows abortion up to 24 weeks, needs further restriction. The BMA has already swapped the term “expectant mother” for the more politically correct “pregnant people,” in January, and in the spring, their medical ethics “expert” Wendy Savage advocated for sex-selection abortions.
