Winchester, VA - UPI reports that three separate shootings claimed the lives of two police officers and wounded two more in Pennsylvania and Florida. In Kissimmee Florida, Officer Matthew Baxter and Sergeant Richard “Sam” Howard were investigating reports of suspicious people Friday evening when they were shot and killed.
