The corporations want you to believe their products are environmental friendly and you should buy them to defeat climate change. Have you looked into how batteries for ev’s are made?  When it comes to gathering materials for the battery, strip mining and poor working conditions are the name of the game.  Doesn’t sound so friendly does it?  What about climate activists who puncture tires, vandalize art, interrupt operas or block your way to work?  They’re not so friendly either.
