• Last night American Airlines flight 5342 was hit by a Black Hawk military helicopter.
• There were 64 passengers on that plane, as of right now there were no survivors found.
• That water in the Potomac River is too cold honestly for survivors to have lasted more than a few minutes.
• This isn’t the first time that a plane has crashed into the Potomac River.
• Flight 90 and that was in 1982.
• We pray for the souls of the people on that flight.
• Who was in charge of the training mission?
• The Black Hawk made 6 course corrections or changes.
• This was supposed to be a training exercise.
• I wish a military guy would call in and let us know what they think about this situation.
• The Black Hawk did not have its ADSB turned on.
• It tells the air traffic control tower where they are in the air.
• It is like a little radar box that tells any aircraft in the area their location.
• Something just doesn’t sound right or fit right.

• Officials have not said how many people died in the accident but have suggested that there may be no survivors. It is the first major commercial air crash in the US in 16 years.
• This is just a tragedy any way you look at it.
• The American Airlines flight has the blinking lights and the bright front landing lights.
• I don’t know what the side of these planes look like as far as lights go though.
• When you are on your final approach the stewardess will make you open your shades.
• How can this helicopter pilot NOT see this massive airplane?
• As of right now 30 bodies have been recovered.

• Secretary of Transportation Sean Duffy who was just sworn in yesterday gives updates.
• As an American we expect safety, we expect to land safe and sound.
• Safety is the expectation.
• At 8:48pm the air traffic control sent out request for response of airplane collision. 
• This is all just horrifying.
• If you recently watched Lockerbie series, Pan Am 103 bombing, it showed the bodies just falling from the sky.

• How many of you are like me and are plane nerds?
• Have you ever been to an airport?
• Planes take off and land all the time.
• The equipment they use in ATC is very sophisticated and it must be to keep things like this from happening.
• I’m glad I don’t have a scenario like 1988 when the anchor has to step in and talk about a downed airliner off the coast of Long Island.

AUDIO/VIDEO: Hamaad Raza Wife was on flight that went down texted “I’m landing in 20 minutes” – I’m just praying that somebody’s pulling her out of the river right now as we speak. That’s all I can pray for. I’m just praying to God.

• At this point they are looking for bodies.
• We all have questions and we will get the answers but when, we don’t know.
• There are early indicators of what happened here but the air space is safe in America.

• I was a Blackhawk helicopter crew chief in the Army.
• I was even a Flight Instructor. This means that I trained Crew Chiefs and ensured that they completed all training annually to maintain their flight ratings.
• One massive responsibility we had was to be the eyes for the pilots. We handled airspace obstacle avoidance and communicated potential risks to the pilots.
• Quite often we would train as a flight of 2 or 3 birds flying in formation.
• It was my job to have my head out the window and tell the pilots that the aircraft behind us was “staggered right at 3 discs”. (We measured close distances in terms of the diameter of our rotor discs).
• I can tell you after doing this for hundreds of hours, even when you know EXACTLY where a Blackhawk is, and you have night vision goggles on, it is EXTREMELY hard to SEE the aircraft.
• These birds are designed to be hard to see at night.
• The red and green lights on the side get lost in the lights of the city below. The only “lights” on top of the aircraft are called “slime lights” because they are a very very very dim green. 
• Incredibly difficult to see.

• I get they probably couldn’t see, I understand that but what I don’t understand is the course in which this helicopter took.
• Why are they flying a course near a super busy airport?
• Military aircraft doesn’t usually have ADSB.
• The ATC tower told the helicopter to fly BEHIND American Airlines flight.
• Commercial flights are extremely fast or high rate of speed even in decent. 
• This caused the crash on the American Airlines side. 
• Depth perception is an issue w/ nigh vision too.
• It might just be a horrible accident.
• Where they not pushing any other tin as they say in the business?
• There are helicopters around airports all the time.
• All this sounds either like a horrible human error or it is a super well planned out attack.
• ATC operators go through 5-8 years of training.
• So if you have a liberal saying this is b/c of Trumps Hiring Freeze, call them stupid.

• I got the evidence, and I probably have the only copy of that around still.
• You can read in the transcript there was a fax that came in to a news outlet that talked about a bomb being on that plane.
• A lab report that shows some type of detonation on board too.
• It could not have happened, Flight 800 was a tremendous tragedy, but I don’t need someone telling me how the laws of physics don’t apply on Long Island.
• He ran the man pad aspect of it and he believes it was a missile. 
• He said we had so many witnesses, hundreds of witnesses that saw something leave the ground, go up in the air and hit the plane.
• the Black Hawk came out of David Army Airfield. 
• Helicopters routinely run missions there it is not uncommon.
• I was listening to EMS and listening to some of the tower communications.
• The flight was NOT having any issues in its landing.
• The Black Hawk has a tremendous view of the area in front of you.
• I haven’t heard anywhere where the Black Hawk responded to any ATC communications.
• One says the Black Hawk responded we have visual but we are getting conflicting information.
• If you have visual you acknowledge that you actually see it.
• They don’t take new pilots in that area.
• The new pilots on training missions have to have x number of hours before they can go to the Potomac near Mordor.
• If you have night vision goggles on you can see everything.
• Now w/ night vision used to come in variety of distribution. 
• You used to have a green tent to everything.
• In the last few years the goggles for the pilots have changed.
• It is now in the windshield itself. 
• You can see it just like it is daylight out now.
• They should have been able to see people drinking tea in the garden at the White House Rose garden.
• Historically night vision would interrupt depth but the goggles don’t assist you w/ that but that is NOT what is on a Black Hawk.
• Think of the movie Titanic.
• The temperature of the water in the Potomac River last night was 32 degrees.
