• I think the internet ought to have a lockdown switch.
• You’d have to be very selective on who you want to get the goods from instead of the broad brush they are currently using. 

Newsom – I think this is important, DeSantis signed the most extreme ban on abortion. On the issue of the extreme acceptation, it is almost always b/c of either a fetal anomaly and the life of the mother.

Newsom – Those aren’t books that are part of the curriculum lets get that straight. We don’t provide K-3rd grade these types of books. A significant number of these books are for LGBTQ and this is a ginned up, made up issue.

• So in his state and in his mind the 4th graders are more than capable of reading these books on masterbation and homosexual sex.
• Newsom was exposed for all that he is last night.
• He lied about abortion, he lied about homeless camps, he lied about homo LGBTQ books in schools.

• Worst of all was Newsom’s defense of the Biden administration that has done incalculable damage to the nation.  Eight to twelve million illegal aliens from countries all over the world, most of whom are military-age men, thousands from China and from Muslim nations that are Sharia-supremacist, have crossed into America.  They are given phones, money, and shelter at a cost of $451 billion a year to American taxpayers.  This is what the Biden administration that Newsom celebrates hath wrought.  The Hamas attack of October 7th on Israel barely came up in the debate, enough for Newsom to pander and admit Hamas is a terrorist organization, but it’s a safe bet that like Biden, he speaks with a forked tongue and would happily stab Israel in the back behind the scenes. That is exactly what Biden and Blinken are doing.  But the Hamas attack has exposed the vicious anti-Semitism that far too many of our university students have been taught to embrace by the leftists who control higher education.  These pathetic young people chanting “from the river to the sea” seem to be oblivious as to what the chant means: the total annihilation of Israel and every last Jewish citizen.  Then Newsom accused DeSantis of anti-Semitism!  Florida probably has the largest Jewish population outside of NY; they’ve moved there for a variety of very good reasons.  To accuse DeSantis of anti-Semitism was a particularly low and absurd blow.  Newsom is a cad.

• Stocking rate refers to the number of livestock per unit area. There are several ways of expressing stocking rates. The AgLease101 document can help determine how the stocking rate will be stated i.e. by “animal units” or number of animals or head (e.g. bull, cow, yearling, etc.) of livestock and weight of livestock to be grazed. Clearly specifying the stocking rate in the lease agreement helps avoid disagreements between both parties and maintains the quality of the grass stand. Setting pasture rent on a per-acre basis or a share of gain basis gives an incentive to the livestock owner to stock heavily which may not be in the interest of the owner. It is in the interest of both parties to develop a lease agreement that achieves maximum economic returns to all resources while maintaining the grass stand and quality.
• Negotiating a pasture rental rate can take many forms. Establishing the cost estimates for both parties can help determine upper and lower bounds when negotiating rental rates. Eventually one or both parties will need to reduce their return on investment desired in order to come to an agreeable lease rate or walk away from the lease.
• Cover Crop – I used deer food plots, checkout the ingredients. There is nothing wrong with what’s in that.
• This is an instance where you have to be flexible in these situations.
• Any type of clover will work it doesn’t have to be the pretty clover.
