• This courtroom has truly become a kangaroo court.
• We have entered 3rd world Banana Republic status permanently yesterday.
• QUESTION: What makes us so distinct and worthy of all the high praise from other countries?
• ANSWER: The Constitution
• Woodrow Wilson took it down, Roosevelt took it down and has pretty much stayed down since.
• Kennedy revived it a little, Nixon tried to restore some but ultimately kicked it down again.
• Clinton, Bush the decline just continues.

• What is the threshold that the average American patriot will be willing to revolt and go FULL blown patriot?
• We can sit here and literally watch what is happening in a courtroom in NYC and we see what they are doing to a former president of the United States.
• He is an American citizen, he served this country as President for one term and here he is being persecuted in a US courtroom.
• What is happening in this courtroom in NYC isn’t justice.
• It isn’t law.
• How close should be be at this point to being the radical Christian Nationalist they claim we are?
• How close are we to pushing back w/ violence?
• We are beyond there.
• The camels back isn’t just broken the camel is dead and the carcass is being feasted upon.
• They cannot get away with this…this is a life or death situation here for the Constitution. 
• In order to obtain a conviction on someone in an American court, a defendant is entitled to a jury.
• This is an assault on due process.
• The 5th Amendment to the US Constitution is the supreme law of the land.
• A state Constitution can’t abrogate the US Constitution. 
• He was already denied Due Process.

5th Amendment – No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

• So no state shall deny.
• The state of New York has now denied Trump Due Process of Law.
• Yesterday when the jury instructions were given by Judge Merchan, to the shock of people watching this, even the liberals, NEW LAW – you can convict him and I will accept it as a unanimous verdict if you bring me 4-4-4.
• Basically you find a crime, or make one up and come back and tell me you all agree he committed it and I’ll take care of the rest.

• We are some of the most morally corrupted humans in history.
• Maybe we aren’t beyond dashing into the breech to stop this.
• In Bush v Gore – 
• An attorney who argues against my prior posts re Bush v. Gore essentially asserts that the jury might convict based on tax law or false invoices, etc., but not a constitutional issue.  Further, he argues, that if the judge stays sentencing during appeal, there would be no reason the U.S. Supreme Court would take up the case.
• Unfortunately, this misses the point entirely.  This would not be an appeal based on the jury’s choice for conviction.  It would be based on the actions and process used by the state court and the prosecutor (that is, the state) to get a conviction — that is, to interfere with a free and fair election.  That is the purpose of all the manipulation and absurd rulings from the state court on behalf of the prosecution.  The state appellate process has nothing to do with this as a federal constitutional matter.  And, of course, the urgency of the High Court taking up the case quickly seems obvious: every day that passes, this unconstitutional state interference has an impact on the federal election.

• At trial, Richardson proposed to instruct the jury that it must unanimously agree not only that he committed some “continuing series of violations” but also that the he committed each of the individual “violations” necessary to make up that “continuing series.” In other words, the proposed instruction would have required the jury to unanimously agree on which three acts constituted the alleged series of violations. The judge rejected Richardson’s proposal and, instead, instructed the jurors that they must unanimously agree that the defendant committed at least three federal narcotics offenses, but did not have to agree as to the particular offenses. Subsequently, the jury convicted Richardson. The Court of Appeals upheld the trial judge’s jury instruction. 
• So this case has already been heard, done and proven to be ILLEGAL! 
• QUESTION: Does the “continuing criminal enterprise” statute require juror unanimity as to each specific violation of federal law for conviction?
• CONCLUSION: In a 6-3 opinion delivered by Justice Stephen G. Breyer, the Court held that a jury in a “continuing criminal enterprise” case is required to agree unanimously not only that accused committed continuing series of violations, but also which specific violations made up the continuing series. Looking to the language of the statute, Justice Breyer concluded that in the law “each ‘violation’ amounts to a separate element” and that combined with a “tradition of requiring juror unanimity where the issue is whether a defendant has engaged in conduct that violates the law,” calls for juror unanimity. In dissent, Justice Anthony Kennedy expressed the view that the Court’s decision “rewards those drug kingpins whose operations are so vast that the individual violations cannot be recalled or charged with specificity.”
• So the SCOTUS said it must be UNANIMOUS for a guilty charge.
• They have to single out charges or charge.
• They have to come back on 1, 2 and 3 if there are elements to the charges.
• It is already a miscarriage of justice.
• The Judge violated what they call precedent. 
• And he violated it with impunity. 
• So what happens now?
• Was this the intent all along?
• Maybe the entire case was already planned out for this outcome?
• The sheer audacity of this, it isn’t being done to the local corner store clerk, this is being done to a former United States President. 
• They are actually going to do this. 
• This is not a one off here folks.
• This is the current regime saying we are going to retain power and you citizens out there are irrelevant and that guy, your leader, won’t be out in public to lead you anymore.
• It is far more likely they will do this again to others.

• They rang the bell twice yesterday for clarification.

AUDIO/VIDEO: NBC News Senior Legal Correspondent Laura Jarrett – Trump’s jury has 50+ pages of instructions to follow but the jury does NOT get this in the deliberation room. There are instructions that the jury has to follow before they can reach a verdict. This is complicated and this is lengthy stuff. It took the judge over an hour to read it to them.

• One of two things you can’t say Trump did this and he knew about it b/c Pecker said he never had a conversation w/ Trump about it and Cohen is a proven liar.

SCOTUS case decided in 1999

• According to the Supreme Court what Judge Merchan did yesterday is illegal.
• Now Mark Levin said this applies to the Trump case.
• In Bush v. Gore, five justices agreed that there was an Equal Protection Clause violation in using differing standards of determining a valid vote in different counties, causing an “unequal evaluation of ballots in various respects”.
• Trump didn’t have the right to face his accuser. 
• He had the right to call as a witness anyone that can back his story up or that is an expert.
• The Judge refused to hear from that witness.
• That wasn’t the only one either. 
• Here we have a state court, acting without jurisdiction, influencing a federal presidential campaign by, among other things, preventing the putative GOP nominee from campaigning, meeting hundreds of thousands of voters at rallies, draining resources from the campaign to legal expenses, etc.  That is, handicapping Trump and the GOP, thereby causing an “unequal” federal election playing field.  And in doing so, the state court has eviscerated the candidate’s due process rights in a host of ways (no need to list them here).
• The process used by the prosecutor and judge to do everything possible to railroad Trump into a conviction (the blatant denials of due process, manipulation of the elements of a crime, the right to a fair trial, etc.) demonstrate that the interference with the right of the people to a free and fair election was not a collateral consequence of the violations of Trump’s rights but the intended consequence.
• Let’s pretend for the moment a crime was committed, who was offended?
• The voters of NY?
• Well they didn’t vote for Trump they voted for Hillary.
