• Minnesota has a chapter, 10 of them posed for a photo with the caption “you gotta train if you wanna bash back”.

• This Minneapolis shooting turns out to be much darker than I realized yesterday, when I first wrote. The killer was quite clearly possessed, I think. I mean that literally.

• If jihadis kill for Allah, and anti-government extremists like Timothy McVeigh killed in the name of some demented notion of freedom, then NVEs kill simply because they want to kill. They don’t have much in the way of ideological commitments—as the confusing hodgepodge of aphorisms Westman scrawled into his rifle, pistol, and shotgun makes clear—beyond a commitment to chaos and evil themselves.
• If we are dealing with true nihilism, then we are all in for a hell of a ride. There’s no way to counter people who want to murder and cause havoc simply for the pleasure of doing it. Last week at the Midwestuary, I heard lots of talk about the spread of nihilism among young American males. This is the far fringe of victims of the Meaning Crisis.
• People seem to forget, let’s look at Rome.

• There is now footage of the children leaving out of the Church.
• The bigger kids are helping the little ones out. There were heroes that day. Not all heroes tackle shooters, some keep the little ones around them down and calm. Some grabbed a hand and ran them out the door. Some will just be there in the future for those that experienced this tragedy. 

• Condemning prayer after a tragedy, he is right, there is something wrong with your soul.

• So what is the solution?
• Are we to militarize public schools now?
• Are we to have armed guards at all schools and Churches?
• We could start by not affirming people with mental health issues.
• That is one great place to start. 
• Maybe we should look into SSRI’s. 
• Most of these school shooters are on SSRI’s are they not?

• To be clear no one here is surprised about what happened at this school/Church.
• I’m surprised there aren’t more instances.
• Here we give these people that have issues, we give them SSRI’s and pump them full of hormones and wonder why they go even crazier.

• Remember there used to be a time when we blamed video games for all the violence.

• You mention the mothers that have culpability in this.
• The left has made these women martyrs if you have a child that is transgender.

• Should be take a look at all of them?
• I interviewed a man that lived as a woman for 12 years. He was having hot flashes in his 50’s because he took so much estrogen.

Why has housing leveled off over the past six months? I really belive the main driver is that you’re had negative net migration into the United States for the fires time in 60 years. You cannot flood the US with 20-40 million people and have them compete w/ Americans for the same homes this happens. We are working on issues in the WH right now to make building homes cheaper. We have to be honest, the system was rigged especially against the young.

But, you know, I’m a romantic. When I see two people who are in love getting married I just wish them the best, and I congratulate them, and I hope they have a very long, healthy and happy life together.

• I will take that even though she didn’t say anything about Christ or God.
• That isn’t what I would have said but we should take it at face value.
• At least she mentioned law and order. 
• At least that is something to organize around. 
• You can build a Christian culture around that.
• It is okay that our culture is Christian and American.
