Yesterday was the King opened parliament in England with his speech that outlined his plans for the upcoming legislative year. In his speech he said he would like to see more whole life sentences issued to violent criminals like serial killers. He would like to see rapists serve their full sentence, and that all prison sentences a year of less should be replaced with community service.  The King would also like a law passed that would increase the age to purchase cigarettes every year until 2035.  Fiorella breaks down each of these demands and she provides a little insight behind each.  Listen to this episode of the Early Show for the these demands and a few others that Fiorella is excited for.
