• $32/chicken feed
• The price has gone up on the feed but the problem is b/c we killed all the chickens saying they had the Bird Flu.
• We broke it down about $1/egg is what it does typically cost.

• Not every bird that was killed tested positive for bird flu.
• The FDA will just go in and kill your entire flock for 1+ testing.
• They ‘depopulated’ more than 44 million laying hens in the U.S. since the outbreak, according to the Agriculture Department. The depopulations at commercial facilities have decreased the domestic egg supply by about 7.5 percent on average each month since the outbreak began, the department said.
• They slaughtered here in the New Jersey area thousands of turkeys 3 months before Thanksgiving.
• Sunlight is the BEST disinfectant. 
• We have a problem w/ confined chickens.
• Zone 9 for potatoes and they are going in Feb 1st. Texas 
• Zone 8 for potatoes so they could go in on Feb 1st too. St Tammany Parish
• I’m gonna put the tines on the tiller and drop them in. 
• My context is I have to use the tiller.
