Square Roots: Finding Solutions to Urban Demand for Local Food

Winchester, VA - Reuters yesterday highlighted a company called Square Roots, which is training 10 “entrepreneurial farmers” to grow produce indoors in shippng containers in New York City in an attempt to create urban farms.
