NEW HOME SALES HAVE PLUNGED

Winchester, VA – Fox Business reported yesterday that new U.S. single-family home sales plunged 9.4% in July. Sales are now at their lowest point in the last seven months. This spells potential trouble when combined with a market where there is a lack of homes for sale, and in which housing prices are rising, it is difficult for new home buyers to break into the market. Brandywine Global Sr. Research Analyst Sorin Roibu explains another reason the housing market is suffering:
