A HOUSTON WOMAN REMINDS US THAT FIRST RESPONDERS ARE ONLY HUMAN

Winchester, VA – Fox News reports that 44 year old 911 operator Creshanda Williams was found guilty and sentenced to ten days in jail, along with eighteen months of probation for having deliberately hung up on emergency calls she received while on duty. Records showed that there were thousands of calls lasting twenty seconds or less due to her having hung up on calls ranging from robberies, to homicides, to speeding vehicles. Her defense? She didn’t want to talk to anybody at those times.
