Winchester, VA – D.C. Clothesline reports that a Michigan court has granted parental rights to convicted rapist, 27 year old Christopher Mirasolo, whose nine year old son was conceived in his rape of a 12 year old girl. Yes. Detroit judge Gregory Ross awarded him parental rights after a DNA test proved that he had fathered the little boy. He was 18 when he raped the 12 year old mother of the child, and as a first time offender, he was offered a plea deal and was back on the streets after less than 7 months. He then went on to rape another young teenager four years after the first rape. Now that Mirasolo has parental rights, the child’s mother must remain within driving distance of her rapist at all times and could go to jail if she ever seeks to make a life away from him. The mother’s attorney, Rebecca Kiessling has filed an objection to the decision and is asking for special protections to be afforded to her client.
