NEW HOME SALES HAVE PLUNGED

Winchester, VA – Fox Business reported yesterday that new U.S. single-family home sales plunged 9.4% in July. Sales are now at their lowest point in the last seven months. This spells potential trouble when combined with a market where there is a lack of homes for sale, and in which housing prices are rising, it is difficult for new home buyers to break into the market.
