Clint Didier two time Super Bowl Champion as a tight end with the Washington Redskins, today a farmer and candidate for US Congress in Washington’s 4th district. He sits down with Kurt Wallace to discuss growing up on a farm in rural Washington and what life was like for his parents and his four siblings. He shares the traits he gained from his father’s perseverance and how he idolized his athletic brother which pushed him to become a player in the NFL. He gives us insight on what it was like as an NFL Super Bowl player and why coaching high school football in his home town was even more rewarding. He then explains the transitions that occurred for farming in his area. He talks about his Catholicism and why he’s running for office.
